Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions – PunkMinigolf

1. General Information

Gift vouchers are issued by the operator PunkMinigolf, Company ID: 70398615 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

2. Use of the Gift Voucher

The gift voucher can be redeemed exclusively at the PunkMinigolf venue for:

• mini golf admission

• beverages offered by the venue

The voucher cannot be used for any other services or products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. One-Time Use

The gift voucher is valid for one-time use only.
Any unused balance is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The gift voucher must be presented in printed (physical) form at the time of redemption.
Photos of the voucher on a mobile phone or electronic versions are not accepted.

4. Voucher Validity

The validity period of the gift voucher is stated directly on the voucher (6 months from the date of purchase).
After the expiration date, the voucher becomes invalid without any right to compensation.

5. Loss or Damage

In case of loss, theft, or damage of the gift voucher, a replacement voucher cannot be issued.

6. Withdrawal from the Contract

Once the gift voucher has been sent by email or post, withdrawal from the contract is not possible, as it constitutes digital content delivered immediately after payment.

7. Complaints

Complaints are governed by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
Complaints regarding unused or partially used vouchers are not accepted.

8. Final Provisions

By purchasing a gift voucher, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these terms; however, such changes do not affect vouchers already purchased.Enter your text here...
